NOTE: For After Hours Cargo Receiving or Pick Up after 5:00 PM, please call the phone number posted on the entrance gate at T-115 to gain access to the terminal.

From I-90, downtown Seattle or points North of Seattle via I-5 Southbound

  • Take I-5 Southbound to Exit 162 (Corson/Michigan Street)
  • Follow Exit 162 to the first traffic light; turn RIGHT on to Michigan Street
  • Continue westbound on Michigan to the third traffic light
  • At the third traffic light you will see green direction signs (hanging over-head and directly in front of you) pointing you through the intersection to the on-ramp to 1st Avenue South Bridge/Highway 99 South
  • Proceed onto this on-ramp, getting onto the Draw Bridge
  • Once on the Draw Bridge, remain in the furthest Right Hand lane at all times, this Right Hand lane will force you to take the First Exit (West Marginal Way/South Park)
  • At the bottom of this exit, the road will fork
  • At the fork, stay to the RIGHT
  • This RIGHT fork will bring you to your First Traffic Light (W. Marginal Way SW)
  • Turn LEFT at this First Traffic Light
  • Once you’ve made your left turn, you will see Waste Management on your Left, look down the street to the next Traffic Light
  • Just beyond that Traffic Light (on the RIGHT side of the street is a Subway Sandwich Shop, our drive way is just before that Subway Sandwich Shop (T115 – Northland)
  • Turn RIGHT into this Driveway and follow it to the Guard Gate, who will direct you from that point

From I-5 going Northbound from Tacoma, Tukwila, SouthCenter, Westfield Shopping Center, SeaTac Airport, or I-405S

  • Take Exit-156 (West Marginal Way)
  • Follow Signs to Highway 599 Northbound
  • Highway 599 North will become Highway 99 North, continue Northbound approximately 4.5 miles.
  • At the end of 4.5 miles, Highways 599 and 99 North will end at a Traffic Light (Holden Street & 1st Avenue South Bridge North)
  • At this Traffic Light, go Straight through intersection
  • NOTE: DO NOT CONTINUE ON HIGHWAY 99N. (1st Avenue South Bridge)
  • Roadway will become Highland Parkway and will cross under the 1st Avenue South Bridge
  • Once you’ve cleared the bridge, go to your 2nd Traffic Light (W. Marginal Way SW)
  • Turn Right onto W. Marginal Way SW
  • Turn RIGHT into the first Driveway on your RIGHT (just before the Subway Sandwich Shop) – T115 Northland
  • Follow it to the Guard Gate, who will direct you from that point

From Downtown Seattle or Highway 99 South (Alaskan Way Viaduct)

  • Take Highway 99 South (Alaskan Way Viaduct) out of Downtown Seattle and follow for about 4.4 miles
  • Follow Signs to 1st Avenue South Bridge/Highway 99 South
  • Get onto 1st Avenue South Bridge/Highway 99 South
  • Once on the Draw Bridge, remain in the furthest Right Hand lane at all times, this Right Hand lane will force you to take the First Exit (West Marginal Way/South Park)
  • At the bottom of this exit, the road will fork
  • At the fork, stay to the RIGHT
  • This RIGHT fork will bring you to your First Traffic Light (W. Marginal Way SW)
  • Turn LEFT at this First Traffic Light
  • Once you’ve made your left turn, you will see Waste Management on your Left, look down the street to the next Traffic Light

From Highway 509 Northbound (Alternate Route from SeaTac Airport)

  • Follow Highway 509 Northbound until you get to the West Marginal Way SW Exit (Just North of Cloverdale Business Park and just before the 1st Avenue South Bridge)
  • Follow this off-ramp around to the right to the Traffic Light
  • At Traffic Light, Turn LEFT onto Holden Street/Highland Parkway
  • Follow Holden Street/Highland Parkway under the Bridge
  • Once you’ve cleared the bridge, go to your 2nd Traffic Light (W. Marginal Way SW)
  • Turn Right onto W. Marginal Way SW
  • Turn RIGHT into the first Driveway on your RIGHT (just before the Subway Sandwich Shop) – T115 Northland
  • Follow it to the Guard Gate, who will direct you from that point
